We earned our 5-star rating from KDE again! It's the highest rating possible from the Office of Special Education and Early Learning.
The STARS program evaluates multiple indicators of quality, including classroom instruction, staff qualifications and professional development, administrative and leadership practices, learning environments, and family and community engagement.
A 5-star rating signifies that a preschool program has met the highest standards of quality established by the Kentucky Department of Education.
This assures our parents and community that students at BCPS have access to a very high-quality teaching and learning environment.
The reviews are made every three years; this was the first rating after measures instituted for Covid.
