🚨🥳SET THE STANDARD AWARD WINNERS🥳🚨
In the spirit of Generals Serve, LEADERs nominated students who "Set The Standard" as Contributors to our school and local community. Let's give a big round of applause to Jack Slater, Anna Studer, Anna Filiatreau, and Kendal Dadisman for being selected as April's award winners!
Jack is a true "Contributor," consistently demonstrating leadership by going above and beyond on every task assigned. He has an uncanny way of developing deep historical thinking while remaining approachable to help peers who may struggle. A nominee for Statesman of the Week, Jack demonstrated incredible depth through his Civic Seal Project. He is a standout General who will undoubtedly go on to do great things for our community!
Amber consistently steps up without being asked, always looking for proactive ways to help and support the class. She possesses a natural musical talent, and it is a joy to see her interact with her peers and lead through her art. She approaches every challenge with creative solutions rather than complaints, bringing thoughtful ideas that strengthen group work and truly elevate the overall learning experience for everyone around her.
Anna is the spark of our Care and Connect program. She constantly initiates activities that bring us together and suggests practical, effective solutions on how to facilitate them. Because she is always willing to take that brave first step, the rest of us find it much easier to show up, contribute, and actually connect. Her initiative creates a welcoming environment where every student feels they truly belong.
Kendal is an outstanding student who consistently demonstrates excellence both inside and outside of the classroom. Whether they are engaging in deep academic discussions or contributing to our school’s various extracurricular programs, Kendall brings a level of dedication and enthusiasm that is truly contagious.
