Reminder: Saturday June 13th we will celebrate a team family day and mid year promotion. This is a ceremony done in the Gi and we hope to see all of our training family. Pot luck style food and good fellowship after we celebrate the hard work and dedication our teammates put into leveling up. All of our friends and family are welcome to join we have an incredible circle of schools we call family here 🦍

Class had already thinned out but had to get a pic with Matt our Wednesday nights have been phenomenal with another full house (23) Thank you God for good health and these amazing people to grow with 🦍

Reminder: There will be “ No Striking” today but Open Mat is still on. We have athletes making their Kickboxing debuts and hope everyone has the opportunity to make it out to support the team 🦍🥊

Coach Brian has been killing it on Sundays throwing down solid fundamentals. We will have a tough job following that session tonight but we are gonna try 😎🦍

Waiting to start training Jiu Jitsu because you’re not in good physical shape is like refusing to go to school because you can’t read. We have people who compete but most are just hobbyist gaining self defense knowledge feeling better physically and mentally. Don’t get me wrong we get plenty of bumps n bruises it’s a tough sport but it’s basically a bunch of incredible humans from all walks of life helping eachother improve. 🦍
