Bourbon Capital Academy

We had a great class yesterday, certifying a fantastic group of new Bourbon Capital Diplomats. Our guests enjoy a bespoke welcome cocktail, The Embassy, and then are seated and treated to a proprietary curriculum featuring content on bourbon, Bardstown, the Academy's ten partner distilleries and their brands.

Oh, and of course our guests enjoy some additional pours spread among our partner distilleries. All attendees yesterday passed their exam and now will be invited to ongoing educational opportunities as well as enjoy incentives to visit our partner distilleries.

We certified several of Bardstown's newest Bourbon Capital Diplomats yesterday. Our guests represented a regional bartending service, a Bardstown-based bar/tasting room, and a regional performance coaching company. This diverse group led to some great conversation throughout the Diplomat experience. Congrats to them as they have gained their Diplomat certification!

Bourbon Capital Alliance announces certification, hosts Mash Up The Bourbon Capital Alliance brought together distillers and bourbon enthusiasts last week for the Bourbon Capital Mash Up. Executive Director Sam Lacy also officially announced the organization’s Bourbon Capital Diplomat

The Bourbon Capital Academy is excited to launch the all new Bourbon Capital Diplomat certification experience. Built with input from our ten partner distilleries, this experience teaches attendees about bourbon, Bardstown, those aforementioned ten partner distilleries and their core brands. The experience is built for hospitality industry team members but interested consumers may book, as well. We are finalizing the booking capabilities and will launch this program to all in July. Great afternoon at beautiful Log Still Distillery gathering some more great video content for the Bourbon Capital Academy! It's always great to hang with Owner & Distiller Wally Dant. What an amazing campus they have built just 15 minutes from downtown Bardstown!
