Generals, it’s time to dive into the new season! Meet the new coach and get all the team details tonight:

• Meeting: Tonight, Oct 13 at 6:00 PM | NCHS Media Center
• Practices Start: Tomorrow, Oct 14
• Pool Practice: Mon, Wed, Thu 5:30–7:00 PM at Lebanon Aquatics Center
• Dryland Practice: Tue 3:30–4:30 PM at NCHS
• Transportation: Bus leaves NCHS at 4:30 PM for pool days.
