2026 DECA Banquet

Our annual DECA banquet was a success. We extend our sincerest gratitude to everyone who contributed to this event possible. It truly takes a village to make these things possible. Celebrating our DECA students is always a special occasion, as it provides an opportunity to recognize their numerous accomplishments throughout the year.

This year has been a fun and exciting year for our DECA Chapter; the memories that were made will last a lifetime❤️

Knox central absolutely crushed it at the DECA State competition this year! Beyond the shiny medals and qualifications, what really stood out was the team's killer performance in the testing and interview rounds. All that studying and practice paid off big time! Plus, we're super proud that 3 of our students landed in the top five of their divisions. Way to go, KCHS DECA!💙💛💎

Our shoe drive is still going on!

If you would like to donate, send us a message and we can help pick them up!

Drop off location:
1. Knox Central High School- 2 boxes sitting outside the main doors.
2. Blessed Hope Bookstore
3. Contact Meagan Hinkle- we can coordinate a place that works best for you.

All of these proceeds help our DECA students with competition fees, travel expenses, and food.

Making a difference, one pair at a time! Our DECA chapter is proud to host our 'Shoe Us the Love' drive. Bring in your gently worn, used, or new shoes and help us make a difference. Every pair counts! Thank you for the support! Find our collection boxes at Knox Central High School!

If you wish to donate and do not have time to bring them? No Problem, let us know and we we have plenty of DECA Students available to help and pick up your shoes. Just send us a message and we will fix you right up.

Knox Central DECA is hosting a shoe drive fundraiser to support student involvement in DECA competitions at the Regional and State levels. Your gently worn, used, and new shoes not only help this community and us, but also communities all over the world!

One of our marketing students had an incredible opportunity to step into the world of entrepreneurship as a photographer! They got hands-on experience applying marketing skills—promoting their services, connecting with clients, and running their own small business. This experience was a fantastic way to see how creativity and business come together in real life.

This school has been anything but “normal”, if there is such a thing. So, SCDC was just a little bit different to! KCHS DECA took 11 students to SCDC this year to show off their skills. It was a very rushed and fast trip but we made a bunch of new memories and had the best time.

I didn’t get many pictures this year but we did get a group picture this time❤️
