We are proud to recognize these outstanding CTC students for their recent accomplishment:
Chyann Wagers, Abby Partin, Laney Bunch, Jayden Mills, and Olivia Sprinkles 👏

These students successfully completed the Next Nurse Program at Union Commonwealth University, in partnership with the Southern KY Area Health Education Center and Appalachian Regional Healthcare. 🩺

This program provides high school students with the opportunity to explore careers in nursing through guided, hands-on experiences—helping prepare the next generation of healthcare professionals.

A special thank you goes out to Anna Hall and Lorri Smith for always going above and beyond to support and inspire their students. Your dedication does not go unnoticed!

Knox CTC is proud to recognize two outstanding students, Braxton Broughton and Payton Smith, for their recent accomplishments at the State SkillsUSA Leadership Conference! 👏

Braxton competed in the Information Technology Services competition and earned an impressive State Runner-Up finish—an incredible achievement that reflects his skill and dedication. 💻🥈

Payton was selected to serve on the Courtesy Corps, representing Knox CTC with professionalism and leadership throughout the event.

Both students are part of Mr. Payne’s Computer Science pathway, and we couldn’t be more proud of the way they represented our school. Keep up the great work!

Big day at the Knox Co CTC yesterday! 🔧🚗

These students have been putting in serious work—tackling multiple ASE student certifications while also getting hands-on experience working on brakes and A/C systems. Their effort and focus didn’t go unnoticed, and they were rewarded with a well-deserved lunch for all their hard work.
