Dear BCSD Parents and Guardians,

We hope you are enjoying your summer! As we prepare for the upcoming school year, we want to ensure a smooth, seamless start for every student. To help us prepare, we need all parents and guardians to log into Final Forms to complete or update their student’s required paperwork as soon as possible.

Completing these forms is a critical first step for the school year. Please note that all forms must be completed in order for your student to:
Get Set Up for Transportation: Finalized forms are required so our transportation team can process student information and assign bus routes.
If this is not completed, your child will not be scheduled for transportation
Receive Chromebook Access: Signed technology agreements and updated forms are required before students can be issued and access their district Chromebooks.
View & Access Class Schedules (High School): High school schedules will only be released and accessible once all required Final Forms sections and signatures are complete.

How to Complete Your Forms
Go to Final Forms: You can access this under the Parents and Family tab on the BCSD website, the direct link is here: https://barberton-oh.finalforms.com/
Log In: Sign into your parent account. (If you forgot your password, click "Forgot Password" on the login page).
Review & Sign: Check all student information for accuracy (emergency contacts, medical updates, etc.) and sign all pending forms highlighted in red.
Student Signatures (Middle and High School): High school and middle school students must also log into their student Final Forms account using their school email to sign their designated sections.

Important Deadline: Please complete all forms by Friday, August 7th, 2026. You will still be able to access and update Final Forms after that date, but completion by this date will allow the district to plan appropriately for transportation, technology, and student safety.

Heroes & Helpers 2026 will take place on Saturday, August 8 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM, hosted by Main Street Barberton. This community event celebrates the local organizations and individuals who help make Barberton a strong and supportive place to live.

Residents can enjoy a bike giveaway courtesy of the Cominsky Family Foundation, a free hot dog lunch, free Kona Ice, a dunk tank featuring local heroes, opportunities to meet local nonprofit organizations, and chances to connect with Barberton’s police officers and fire department. Family‑friendly activities and giveaways will also be available.

Admission is free, and all are welcome to join in an afternoon of appreciation and community connection.
