Congratulations to our 7th grade girls basketball players and coach! You made the Baraga community very proud. Finishing 1st place in the regular season and getting 2nd place in a tough Division 1 bracket while all being 6th graders is quite an accomplishment. Thank you for your hard work!

With our school family growing, elementary music concerts will look a little different this year! 🎵 This new structure gives every grade level the chance to shine with longer, or more complex performances.

Here is a quick look at what’s coming up:

Halloween Concert: 3rd–5th Grade

Veterans Day Assembly: K–2nd Grade

Winter & Spring Concerts: All Elementary Grades!

If you have any questions or concerns regarding concert details, please feel free to reach out to Ashlee Adams. We can't wait to see you there! 👏✨

Please join our MS/HS choir for our Halloween Concert on October 26th at 6:00pm. What started as a compromise for our concert lineup last year is turning into more of a tradition for our older students! We would love to see you in the music room to support our awesome choir!

Huge thank-you to KBOCC for hosting our Little Vikes classroom today! They learned all about manoomin (wild rice) and the traditional process of parching, jigging and winnowing. Our students put on moccasins and learned how to do jigging. This was such a wonderful experience for them. We also got to tour the beautiful greenhouse and see/touch the mashkiki. Asemaa-Tobacco Sweetgrass Sage Thank-you to Promise Neighborhoods for transporting our students!
