Thank you to everyone who came to our first Adult Book Fair! It was a wonderful time connecting with local authors and community members. It was truly a fun and rewarding event. Thank you to everyone who made it possible.

Don't forget, The Improv Lab will be performing at the library on Tuesday, August 18, at 6:00 PM. It will be a night of on the spot theatre, laughs, and shenanigans.

As this is a program for adults, please be advised of possible mature themes.

A comical afternoon of minute to win it challenges!

Join Baraboo Police Department for their National Night Out for Public Safety.

There will be a cookout to support Pathway Home of South Central WI and other local non-profits.

The event is on Saturday, August 22, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. It will be held on the courthouse lawn.

This year’s National Night Out is a collaborative effort involving the Baraboo Police Department, Wisconsin Department of Corrections – Division of Community Corrections (Probation and Parole), Baraboo Fire Department, Sauk County Department of Human Services, the Sauk County District Attorney’s Office, and several other agencies and community organizations throughout Sauk County.

Just because summer reading is over doesn't mean the fun stops! Stop by for a program!

And if you've still got a booklet you forgot to bring in last week, get it in ASAP to make sure you've got entry into those exciting raffles! Your friendly librarians will accept them through the end of this week.
