Shop set up is done! Back to the business of making and selling guitars. This girl is off to her new home tomorrow. Spent the afternoon getting her ready...she's good to go.

Long awaited moving day! Big Tools require Big Equipment to move. (insert joke about Dave's Big Equipment here). Still some details to finish, but getting the tools in was a major step. Now to set everything up, and get back to the business of building guitars.

Flame Maple anyone? Exciting new local source for some AWESOME wood! Grown right here in Maine. These slabs are 2" thick and wide enough for 1-piece bodies!...LOTS of 1-piece bodies. That's just the wide stuff...there's some great Flame neck stock too. This is just scratching the surface and they're cutting more every day.
..so...much...wood...
Stay Tuned!

Had a customer give me a couple nice pieces recently...fretboard material. The narrower board is Pau Ferro, the wider is Bocote.
The Woodpile here at Ramsay Guitars is the envy of the neighborhood.
