Happy National Dance Day!

Our dancers give their absolute all—to every class, every rehearsal, and every moment on stage. In return, we owe it to them to match that passion. 🌟 A child stepping into their first major role deserves to feel supported by a community that believes in them. Make a gift today!

To be human is to tell stories—and dance is one of the oldest, most vital forms of storytelling there is.

In a world dominated by screens, live performance offers a real connection between dancers and the audience that no computer can ever replicate.

Will you make a tax-deductible gift today to safeguard this vital space for our dancers?

✨ There’s no place like home… and this weekend, home was Oz. 💚🌈 Thank you to everyone who joined Bangor Ballet for The Wizard of Oz. Your support, applause, encouragement, and love for the arts helped bring this magical journey to life on stage.

Whether this was your first trip to Oz or a return somewhere over the rainbow, thank you for making this production unforgettable. ✨💖

Happy Mother’s Day from everyone at Bangor Ballet! 🌷✨
Thank you for everything you give — your time, your support, your encouragement, and most importantly, your children. Behind every dancer is someone helping with rides, costumes, rehearsals, late nights, and endless support, and we are so grateful for all that you do.

🌪️✨ There’s still time to follow the Yellow Brick Road… one last time. ✨🌪️

Tomorrow at 3PM, Bangor Ballet presents our final performance of The Wizard of Oz — and we are not ready to leave Oz just yet. 💚👠

🩰To most people, they are satin shoes. To us, they are years of discipline, artistry, sacrifice, and commitment stitched into every ribbon. Every pair represents countless hours of training, corrections, resilience, and dedication to an art form that asks for everything and gives something beautiful in return.

✨ In support of Bangor Ballet, a limited amount of Wizard of Oz-themed pointe shoes will be available for purchase at both of our Wizard of Oz shows!
