As a mother of two young children, completing a Master's degree in Human Development while working as a manager at Google with 37 direct reports and over 200 clients, I was on the verge of burnout. I struggled with the disease to please, Imposter Syndrome and overcommitting myself. I realized that the skills that got me into upper leadership were no longer useful.

It was a joy to speak to Bangor educators at tonight’s BEA (Bangor Education Association aka local teacher’s union) meeting!
The topic was Beyond Casual Fridays: Finding Calm in the Chaos of Schools.
As a former educator, it is a joy to connect with other teachers and support them in managing stress, preventing burnout, and improving the ever-elusive work-life balance. ❤️

I had such a wonderful time at the Husson Women in Business conference today! I learned so much from the speakers and was honored to be on a panel myself.
