The summer is moving fast! Our next graduation is just around the corner. The two weeks leading up to our graduation, the instructor team will be handing out graduation invitations. Once you receive your invite, sign up to secure your spot! Remember that if you receive an invitation but are unable to make the day of the event, we can have you test early and receive your new rank when you return!

Shout out to all of the martial artists at this school, in the region, and in the wider ATA that keep me motivated to continue training, continue teaching, and continue making a difference. I'm also super proud of Region 110A's Instructor of the Year Christian Thorne and Black Belt of the Year Dalton Shanahan .

Bangor ATA Black Belt Academy will be closed today in observance of Independence Day.

We hope everyone has a fun, safe, and memorable Fourth of July celebrating with family and friends.
