ATTENTION Male Veterans...

Hey, I’m Tony, Founder of the I AM Project.

I have partnered with Doc Goodwin and the Maine Veterans Project to help serve the Veterans of Maine.

The greatest struggle most men face is loneliness, isolation, and a lack of purpose and meaning.

In times of struggle…

…Feeling lost, alone, isolated, and lack of self - worth.

Hopelessness repeats itself.

It feels like the weight of the world.

Waking up each day hoping to get rid of the pain and heaviness.

Wanting to experience what it feels like to be a part of something.
Having a sense of identity.

To be valued, powerful, and a high valued man.

Today that’s about to change for you.

I created the I AM Project to help raise awareness about men’s mental health and su***de.

So that not only will you have practical steps to help build confidence, self-worth, and gain hope when it’s lost.

But also, to be a part of a global movement of men just like you!
My promise to you.

When you receive your I AM Project power bracelet...

..Put it around your wrist and begin stating the I AM statements in the mirror.

You will immediately feel your confidence begin to shift.

I have battled with suicidal thoughts since I was in high school.

None more strong and real than over the past few yeas going though a divorce.

One of the only things that kept me moving were these powerful I AM statements.

And the support of other men.

As dark and hard as it can feel in the moment there’s always a way to the other side.

The Maine Veterans Project and I are seeking 10 male veterans who would like to be a part of this powerful movement.

Message me for details.

A YOUNG MAN'S WISDOM

Yesterday I had a conversation with a young man (24) and we were discussing where he was at in his life today.

Forty Five minutes into the conversation there was a brief moment stillness and silence and he looks at me and says.

"It's hard to be a man today".

"Society says it's not ok to be a masculine man".

I said, "You're right, the term toxic masculinity is thrown around and you are made to feel like you can't be a man. That it's wrong".

Men are becoming weak one generation at a time.

You can be a masculine man and not be a jerk, meat head, loud, puffed out chest and violent.

I believe a modern day masculine man is....

âś…Humble
âś…Kind
âś…Caring
âś…Provider
âś…Protector
âś…Leads with action and not his mouth
âś…Seeks to have it all across all areas of life...faith, family, fitness, and finance.

There's many more characteristics.

My 12-week program "The Masculine Journey" puts men on the path to becoming a powerful leader.

A leader of their own life.

We start in the fitness pillar and we weaponize the body.

Preparing and positioning the body to work for you and produce power.

Power to go out and produce results in the other areas of life.

Here's what a couple of men have said about there experience.

"I have no idea why, but I'm completely amped today. Like I could run through a fu***ng brick wall."

My response...

..Welcome to Week 1 of the Masculine Journey.

Get use to it.

The Masculine journey is a guided experience for men who want to reclaim their manhood and become powerful.

A Father Fighting For His Son

Earlier this week I received an inquiry through my website onascent.com from a man wanting to set up a call.

We connected over the phone, and the first question I asked him was, "Why are you here"?

He said, my son.

I paused and let the silence take over.

I could feel the emotion on the other end of the line.

"What's going on with your son"? I asked.

He's lost.

He's struggling with anxiety.

He's making unhealthy choices.

He's lonely.

He doesn't seem to have any direction in his life.

From the tone of this man's voice and the emotion in his words I could feel the overwhelm this dad was feeling.

"It seems like you're worried that your son's heading down a dangerous path".

He said, "I'm scared for him".

I asked him, "Why me"?

He said, "I read through your material online and I felt like you are one of the only one's who are real and telling it how it is".

He mentioned he saw and read about the I AM Project and he wants him and his son to be a part of that.

He loved the fact the root of my business is Faith, Family, Fitness, and Finance. A holistic approach.

The man said, "I understand what you do, for the most part but can you simplify it for me"?

"Yes" I said.

I build leaders.

Leaders of their own lives.

Powerful leaders.

"I want my son to be a powerful leader", he replies.

"You've come to the right place".

See you both Thursday.

Message me if this conversation resonates with you.

And you too want to become powerful.

And a leader of your life.

You're Powerful

Whenever you find yourself doubting how far you can go.

Just remember how far you have come.

Remember everything you have faced.

All the battles you have won.

All the fears you have overcome.

Say it...

I AM Strong
I AM Confident
I AM Powerful
I AM Worthy
I AM Love

Say it again...

This time with conviction in your voice and certainty in your eyes.

These simple statements are powerful and WILL increase your confidence and belief in yourself.

The I AM Project was created to raise awareness around men's mental health and su***de.

The protocol is simple.

Yet powerful.

And the results will change your life.

I was born with something inside me

That refuses to settle for average.

I don’t know what it is…

But I’m grateful I have it.

I believe people who overcome darkness

In their lives typically have a fire inside that’s

Almost impossible to put out.

One of many ways I fight the darkness that shows up in my life is through my body.

My body serves me.

My body is strong.

My body was built to fight the wars of life that come my way.

I’m a mother fu***ng savage who chooses to walk into the dark and face it…

.to seek the truth.

Nothing was given to me.

I earned it.

One trip to the pit at a time.

I built this man.

I continue to build this man, one day at a time.

And.

I’m proud of what I’ve built.

Now…

…I recognize the gifts that I have.

To be able to sit in the dark with others who are hurting.

Hold space for them.

Give them the opportunity to share and feel safe doing it.

To be the light in the night .

And bring hope into the lives of other who feel discouraged, defeated, and down.

So that they to can become the leader they are called to be.

I created the I AM Project too raise awareness on men’s mental health and su***de.

And for the above 👆.

I’ve been there in that place where it seemed like there was no other choice but to end it all.

I didn’t want to live.

The fight is real.

The fight is not for the weak.

But for those who are willing.

The results are indescribable.

You don’t have to go it alone.

Episode #197 - The Second Monday

Welcome to this week’s episode of OnAscent Radio.

This week’s topic, The Second Monday.

If you have followed along over the last couple of years with OnAscent Radio, you have more than likely listened to the episode “The First Monday”.

This episode is only fitting because of the nature of where I was at on the first Monday, November 4th, 2022, after I moved out of my home of 17 years and into an apartment, preparing to head down a dark road.

August 2nd, 2024, I moved into a new home and I woke up on Monday morning and it felt like the second Monday.

This Monday had an entirely different feeling than the first Monday.

Rather than being down in the pit, lost, alone, and not wanting to live anymore.

I’ve shifted to, what’s possible, new beginnings, and love in my heart.

I share this with you in hopes that if you are going through a challenging time or situation in your life that you too can overcome.

It takes time, focused action, and belief.

And a law that can’t be broken.

Don’t ever quit.

FYI....Full episode below.

REAL TALK

Not many entrepreneurs or business leaders want to talk about the real s**t.

Most of what you see and hear about is the result of working through the dark side of being an entrepreneur (maybe).

Hidden demons, loneliness, depression and a crippling fear of failure.

To emerge as a great leader and a better person you must be willing to face this head on.

There was a period of time (10) years where everyday felt heavier than the last.

âś…Sleepless nights.
âś…Stress.
âś…Money Worries.

At home I'd still be thinking of work - physically present but mentally so far away.

I never realized how much I carried unresolved broken aspects of my behaviors from childhood.

I buried emotions and never let anyone in on the real pain I had.

Not realizing the more these remain hidden the more likely they are to do damage.

Fear was the primary emotional obstacle I had to overcome and forget showing any type of vulnerability...that's a big taboo for men.

I lost the sense of who I was and I merged my sense of identity with my business and my accomplishments and was no longer myself.

For a long time I carried the story that my value was tied to my achievements and that I was alone.

I needed to find me again and when I was willing to be open and raw with people.

What I realized is that I was far from alone.

I had to face that I had been managing inner turmoil since I was a kid.

And that my early experiences had shaped the kind of leader I had become; isolated, alone and unwilling to ask for help.

Simple habits and routines such as sitting in silence, writing, sharing, planning, and building real connection are key to gaining perspective and persevering.

The ability to fulfill all the roles as; leader, friend, dad, parent, coach.

Came down to my ability to face the truth and the facts of my life.

Turning the doubt into hope by speaking to myself and believing in myself in a positive light.

I created the I AM Project to help the millions of other men out there who are hurting, in pain, lost, and alone.

By joining the movement, you to can have the tools, support, and direction to get out of the dark pits of life.
