Our scholars had an amazing time attending STEM Unbound this March! This exciting event brought together students from Baltimore City STEM programs for a day filled with exploration, learning, and inspiration.
Students participated in hands-on activities, attended workshops with STEM professionals, and learned about diverse career paths during a panel discussion. Events like STEM Unbound empower Maryland students with the tools, experiences, and knowledge they need to shape the future of STEM.

BEYA Conference
Becoming Everything You Are, formerly known as the Black Engineer of the Year Awards (BEYA) Conference, is one of the nationβs leading STEM events celebrating excellence in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Established in 1986, BEYA recognizes the achievements of engineers, scientists, and technology leaders while also providing networking, career development, and recruitment opportunities for students and professionals.
The conference brings together major corporations, government agencies, academic institutions, and top talent from across the country. This year, BEYA offered engaging workshops, as well as career and college fairs, to inspire the next generation of innovators and promote diversity and leadership within STEM fields.
