Yesterday, we had at the shop to practice Piping Techniques. They’re an amazing group and we loved having them at the shop! Thanks to them, we were able to develop a new class called Piping Techniques: Cake Decorating 101, which is sold out in June, but we just listed another class on Saturday, July 11 at 9:30am.

Paige Devanney, student journalist with The Greyhound, Loyola University Maryland’s student newspaper visited the shop the other week to observe our Doughnuts class. She wrote a wonderful article on the shop which you can read at TheGreyhound.org in their Arts & Eats section or by following the link in our bio. It was a pleasure having Paige and her fellow journalists here to document the Baltimore Chef Shop experience. And yes, we made sure they didn’t leave them empty handed. 🍩 🍩
