History and Law class under the instruction of our Teacher Grand Sheikess S. Seabreeze-Bey seeks to attain the following:

1) The establishment of our nationality as Moorish-American and elimination of false designations negro, black, color

ed, and ethiopian etc.. from all governmental records.

2) To have full Recognition of OUR Moorish-American Citizenship and all respective birthrights fully restored as they were before the year 1779.

3)President Abraham Lincoln's Executive will be carried out and enforced in all legislative, executive, and judicial branches of government. Moorish History and Law will demonstrate how the terms black and negro were placed on Moors as a identifier of chattel property and still has a negative effect on the psyche of Asiatics. In addition, we will demonstrate how the terms negro, black, and colored intentionally disconnects those who adhere to these derogatory identifiers from their Moorish heritage and birthrights. Furthermore, we will focus on:
The Dred Scott Decision as well as the initial Emancipation Proclamation of September 22, 1862. President Lincoln's second annual address to congress December 1, 1862. The US Senates passing of the policy of Compensated Emancipation. January 1, 1863 Emancipation Proclamation intended for slaves in the Confederate United States at the time. Including the original 13th Amendment with 20 sections as opposed to the current 13 Amendment with two sections. We will also examine the 14th Amendments flaws along with the Supreme Courts 1883 decision.
