Making yogurt parfaits turned into the ultimate kid-powered adventure! From slicing fruit and scooping yogurt to sprinkling Cheerios like tiny chefs, our little learners were busy building fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, math thinking, science discovery, and healthy habits—all while having BIG fun. 💪🏽🧠🍴

Who knew a parfait could pack so much learning into one delicious cup? 💕

It’s a Family Affair at Mays Woodson🧡🩵

This week‘s fun at Mays-Woodson Early Education Center
We had a busy and joyful third week of learning through play. We ran our own pretend store, counted money and practiced big social skills while shopping with friends. We made mini sandwiches, building fine motor muscles and independence, one yummy layer at a time! In literacy we matched letters to pictures, boosting early reading confidence! The sand table… Oh boy, lots of scooping, pouring and sand science discoveries. We wrapped things up with energetic, indoor hockey where we practiced teamwork with lots of laughter.
