As a Family Resource Specialist, you'll be a trusted guide for families as they navigate one of the most important decisions, they will make finding quality child care and accessing the resources they need to thrive.
✨ What You'll Do:
• Help families find quality child care through personalized referrals.
• Guide parents through the Maryland Child Care Scholarship application process.
• Connect families to community resources like WIC, SNAP, Head Start, Early Head Start, Pre-K, and more.
• Lead and support parenting workshops and educational opportunities.
• Build relationships with community partners and provide warm handoffs to services.
• Meet families where they are—whether by phone, virtually, in the community, or at locations like Judy Centers, pediatric offices, and WIC sites.
• Be an advocate, educator, connector, and champion for Baltimore City families.
