Hi Kindergarten Families!

Starting tomorrow, kindergarteners will walk into the school independently. The kindergarten teachers will no longer meet students outside. We have staff members stationed throughout the building to help our kindergarten students get their breakfasts and walk to their classrooms. We are proud of our students as they are already showing readiness for independence!

We are searching for sponsors to help us celebrate our Students of the Month each month! If you know a company, business owner, or individual who may be willing to donate a month of pancakes for our exciting celebration, please message us or reach out to our CSF, Ms. Kinnear.

We have 3 out of 9 months covered. Help us with the remaining 6! 🦅

Today is our first Take Home Thursday of the year! As a reminder, most family communication is sent home on Thursdays each week. Check your child's backpack, TalkingPoints, and your email.

Back to School Update

09/01/2026

Two days and two letters in!! Each day that we have a 94% attendance rate or above, we add a letter to our school-wide SOARING chart. Once we’ve got all the letters to spell SOARING, we have a special surprise for the whole school! TODAY WE ONLY HAD 5 STUDENTS ABSENT!! 🎉

Let’s keep it up all week and all year!

Also, students are filling in their own charts to SOAR HIGHER. Once students are present for 10 days, they will get to pick a prize out of our mega prize bin and then start all over to do it again!

Students with two or less absences in September will also get to watch and be entered for a chance to participate in our Staff vs. Students Kickball Game! ☄️

We can’t wait to see our Pre-K and Kinder friends tomorrow for their first full day of school! We are so ready to have our building full and all our friends together!
