Join us on SATURDAY, July 24th, 4:00-6:00 pm for "CAPOEIRA WITH GROUP AXE"! During this workshop we will dive into 3 of the pillars that make up the unique system of Capoeira : Movement, Music, and the Match! You will learn the foundational movements of the Capoeira including the Ginga, Esquiva, Meia Lua De Frente, and more! We will also introduce the Roda(wheel) and how to practice capoeira with a partner, as well as learning about the Bateria(instruments) and how to sing songs in Portuguese.
