Through sound art and collective gathering, Sonicity invites audiences to experience the resonant energies of a rich lineage of Black musical expression. On Saturday, April 25, and Saturday, May 9, curator Nyx Davis will present music-centered conversations, live DJ sets by & and communal dance a cultural center in Fells Point. Presented in partnership with (BARS), this immersive curatorial project celebrates five decades of Black American music, from the soulful rhythms of the 1950s to the experimental sounds of the 2000s, tracing how these transformative years continue to shape contemporary music and sound art today.

Lights, camera, thesis 🎥✨
Join us for the Filmmaking, MFA Screening on Tuesday, April 29, 2026, at Parkway Theatre #1 (5 W. North Ave.).

Red Carpet begins at 5:30 p.m.
Screenings run 7–10 p.m.

Celebrate the culminating thesis films of our graduating Filmmaking MFA students. Free and open to the public.
