This month last year, our July 2025 graduation was featured on WMAR-2 News, shining a light on the incredible dedication of our students and the impact they're making in our community 🎓

A year later, we're still celebrating every graduate who takes the next step toward a meaningful career in healthcare. Here's to the classes that came before and the ones still to come 🎉

At It Works Learning Center, our purpose is simple: to prepare you for a real, lasting career in healthcare.

Our Nursing Assistant program includes both Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) training. To graduate, students complete 140 hours of classroom learning and hands-on clinical rotations.

From there, you’re eligible to work in long-term care facilities, nursing homes, assisted living communities, nursing agencies, and other healthcare settings.

We don’t just train you—we give you the tools, structure, and support to succeed, with classes built to fit your schedule.

Looking to become a CNA/GNA? Here’s what makes our Baltimore Nursing Assistant classes flexible, hands-on, and built for real life.

Choose the path that works for you ⤵

🔹Part-time or Full-time options to become a CNA/GNA in as little as 9 weeks (3 classes per week) or 13 weeks (2 classes per week).

🔹We also offer Day or Evening classes, running from 9:00am–3:00pm or 5:00pm–11:00pm, so you can train around your schedule.

And the best part? Your on-site clinical rotations happen right where you learn—in the nursing home setting that prepares you for the real world.
