Hey JHU students! Are you looking for an on-campus job during the Fall 2021 semester? Or know someone looking for a job? Then apply today as a Student Event Ambassador with Scheduling & Event Services! Search for the position numbers 11811 and 11812 via SMILE on the University Experiential Learning website. Scheduling will open for all registered student organizations’ weekly meetings and special events on April 26, 2021, for the upcoming Fall 2021 and Spring 2022 academic year. Any requests submitted before April 26th for Fall 2021 and Spring 2022 semesters will not be accepted or processed and will need to be resubmitted. Please submit all requests through your Hopkins Groups student organization portal.

Please note: All events and meetings will be subject to the current University COVID guidelines, such as handwashing, masking, social distancing, etc. All requests must be submitted no later than 10 BUSINESS days before your event date. Confirmations for each request will be sent mid-August of 2021.

Scheduling period for all registered student organization meetings and events is open!

We have made some improvements to scheduling period in hopes of creating an easier process for student organizations. Starting with the spring semester, there is only 1 form Student Organizations need to fill out to reserve space on the Homewood campus. Scheduling and Event’s software and Hopkins Groups can now share the information you submit!
