Learning is magical when stories bring us together! Today our students enjoyed a wonderful read-aloud of Señorita Mariposa, celebrating language, culture, and the beauty of connection. 🦋📖

We had so much fun with sweets, smiles, and a very special visit from the Spring Bunny! 🐰🍬🌷 Moments like these remind us that reading builds community and joy.

Arts instruction is essential for the growth of our students and the strength of our community. 🎨✨ Through the arts, students build creativity, confidence, discipline, and a powerful voice to express who they are and what they believe. Quality arts education helps our students develop critical thinking skills and inspires them to pursue their passions.

Today, we had the pleasure of recognizing one of the most outstanding art teachers for his dedication to promoting high-quality instruction. Providing lunch in appreciation was a small gesture to thank Mr. Shoales for the incredible work he does every day to motivate our students to grow, challenge themselves, and expand their artistic knowledge. 👏🖌️

We are also very proud of our Mayor’s Art Contest winners! Your creativity and commitment showcase the talent within our school community and inspire others to dream big. 🌟

Learning is FUN! 🎉📚 Today we celebrated our Saturday MCAP Academy incentive, and what an amazing experience it was! Our students had the opportunity to enjoy learning in a joyful and engaging way, showing that hard work truly pays off. ✨

We are also very grateful to our dedicated staff who made this trip possible: Academy Lead Ms. Wright, Mr. Schwartz, Ms. Wilson for planning such a meaningful experience, and Ms. Pickett for her support throughout the day. 👏💙
