BCP was founded in 1996 with a single purpose in mind: to transform the educational landscape in Baltimore City with research-based educational strategies, intensive teacher training, and extensive support for principals. There is something special about what happens on stage.
At Hampstead Hill Academy, students brought Matilda the Musical Jr. to life through creativity, teamwork, and dedication. What started as rehearsals became something bigger. It was a shared experience that built confidence, connection, and community.

Strong communities are built through strong partnerships.
At Frederick Elementary School, BCP’s partnership with the National Park Trust has created meaningful opportunities for students to learn beyond the classroom. Through hands-on outdoor experiences, students are building real-world understanding while developing a deeper connection to their environment.
From field trips to the school’s teaching garden, this partnership continues to support curiosity, teamwork, and a lasting appreciation for the world around them.
