I am writing to provide an important update. Due to a power outage with no estimated restoration time, Chase Elementary School will close and dismiss at 12 p.m. on Tuesday, September 1, 2026. All after-school and evening activities are canceled.

🎉 Chase Elementary Back‑to‑School Bash! 🎉

It’s time to celebrate the start of a new school year at our Back‑to‑School Bash...AKA... Back‑to‑School Night! 💚💛

Join us on Tuesday, September 15 from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. to meet teachers, staff, and community partners, gather helpful resources, and enjoy yard games, hamburgers, and hotdogs with your family.

Bring a blanket or chairs for a cozy picnic‑style dinner and connect with the Chase community as we kick off another amazing year together!

RSVP by Tuesday, September 8 so we can make sure there’s plenty of food for everyone. 🍔🌭

💚💛 Chase had an amazing first day back. Students filled the halls with excitement as they reunited with friends, met new classmates and settled right into the rhythm of a new year. 😊📚 They spent time learning rules, routines and expectations while showing so much kindness and confidence. 💬✨ The mustang pride was everywhere and it truly felt like the perfect start. 💚💛🐴🌟 Baltimore County Public Schools
