So for all those interested,
We want to start by running a tournament next week. There will be a poll up to vote on the games, but right now we are assuming that Marvel, Smash, and one or two other games will be at the event. Unfortunately SGA isn't being helpful right now so we can't do much that involves money, but we can probably use the gameroom or find somewhere to play with our own consoles. Also, please post your availability times during the week so we can organize the best times for member meetings and tournament events. We don't have official support, but we can still get this started.

We run weekly fighting game tournaments at umbc. Our main games are Marvel 3, Brawl, and whatever else anyone wants to play.
Our goal is to run weekly tournaments and fighting game events at UMBC in order to develop the local fighting game community. We also may try to organize trips out to Xanadu Games, which is the hub of the Baltimore fighting game community. We are open to everyone, including non-UMBC students.
