GATHERING OF THE COMMONS is a new initiative intended to connect and inspire Baltimore changemakers through compassionate dialogue and the sharing of resources. Part education hub and part action center, the GoC brings people together across difference to look at how community assets can address systemic challenges of health disparity, environmental injustice, racism, and beyond. Currently, we are

hosting monthly "First Friday Forums" to start the dialogue, and we're excited to see what emerges! Currently a project of The Baltimore Gift Economy, the GATHERING OF THE COMMONS planning committee includes:
