Today for Wellness Wednesday, the FAC is asking you all to take a second and reflect. Reflection allows us to pause and sort through issues, even in these uncertain times. Reflection also helps us increase self-awareness and creative skills, which both help us make closer connections and work better with people.

In a pandemic it is extremely hard to take care of your social health. A way to take care of your social health is to reach out to friends and keep friends close. Another way to take care of your social health is by taking care of your physical health. At the FAC we provide a safe and healthy workout environment for all. We even offer socially distanced group exercise classes to help keep your social health a priority.
