What makes a Connector so important?

Sometimes, feeling part of a community starts with one person who reaches out, makes an introduction, or helps you find an experience that feels right for you.

Hear from Max Cardin and Lisa Akchin about why The Network’s Connector program matters and how these personal connections can help turn a big community into one that feels a little smaller, warmer, and easier to navigate.

Worried your little one won’t sit still through High Holiday services? Good news: they don’t have to. 🍎

A meaningful High Holiday experience doesn’t have to be picture-perfect. Sometimes it’s hearing the shofar, singing one song, spotting a familiar face, or taking a much-needed wiggle break.

We asked three local early childhood education leaders for their best tips to help make services a positive experience for little ones and their grown-ups.

Bubbles + breakfast for dinner + Shabbat = a pretty great way to say goodbye to summer. 🫧🥞✨

We had so much fun gathering at the Oregon Ridge Lake Pavilion for our End of Summer BUBBLE Family Shabbat with our friends at the Jewish Community Center (JCC) of Greater Baltimore!

We enjoyed breakfast favorites, welcomed Shabbat together, and were wowed by an incredible bubble show from Jon Jensen. The evening was filled with smiles, connection, and plenty of bubble magic.

A special shout-out to our Hunt Valley/Sparks Parent Connector, Staci Weber, who helped us create such a fun and welcoming evening for local families! Thanks to everyone who joined us and made this end-of-summer celebration one to remember.
