Rosedale Christian Academy, an educational ministry of Rosedale Baptist Church that reaches students in grades K2-12, was founded in 2000. Though the school is relatively young, it has been alive in the hearts and minds of the Rosedale Baptist Church congregation for many years, as members dreamed of providing a program in which children could be trained with a spirit of excellence both academical
ly and spiritually. Pastor Tewell shared the vision of providing Christian education to families, and after many months of prayer and preparation, he and the members founded Rosedale Baptist School, now known as Rosedale Christian Academy. As a ministry of the Rosedale Baptist Church, Rosedale Christian Academy’s mission is to reach students for Christ, cultivate excellence, and train them to achieve their greatest potential in Him. Rosedale assists parents in the biblical admonition to train children in the “nurture and admonition of the Lord” (Ephesians 6:4). Here, professional Christian educators teach each academic subject from a biblical worldview in an environment that promotes strong Christian values and a lifelong relationship with God.
