All **new AND returning athletes and their parents** are encouraged to attend today’s individual sport parent/athlete meetings! 🏆

Even if you attended the general meeting earlier this summer, **this meeting is different.** Today’s meeting is focused specifically on your sport and will be led by your **Head Coach**.

You’ll get important team-specific information, such as:

🚨 PREPARATION MATTERS. 🚨

Today, our Athletic Trainer Daquane Ellington led our coaches through Emergency Action Plan training and rehearsals to ensure we are prepared to respond when it matters most.

With the support of Johns Hopkins doctors Dr. Schwartz and Dr. Schwartz, our coaches put in 3+ hours of hands-on training focused on emergency response, communication, and creating a safe environment for our athletes.

👏 Shoutout to our coaches for investing the time and effort to be prepared. The goal is simple: be ready before an emergency happens.

Because protecting our athletes isn’t just part of the job, it’s part of the responsibility.

*PRACTICES START AUGUST 12TH***

✅ Upload your current physical
✅ Complete ALL required forms
✅ Make sure every requirement is marked complete
✅ Check your account for anything that may still be missing

Right now, we have a lot of athletes who are missing at least one requirement. Please don’t wait until the last minute!

Coaches are required to review and verify all eligibility information before athletes can begin participating. If something is missing, it could delay your athlete from practicing or competing.

The countdown is ON! 🔥 High School Fall Sports and Middle School Tackle Football officially begin **Wednesday, August 12!**

Now is the time to make sure you're READY:
✅ DragonFly registration complete
✅ Current sports physical uploaded
✅ All required paperwork submitted
✅ Hydrate, rest, and come prepared to compete!

🏈 High School Football

📍 Arrival: **6:30–7:30 AM**
📋 Meetings/Practice: **7:30–10:30 AM**
🎥 Team Meetings: **11:00 AM–12:00 PM**
🏠 Dismissal: **12:00 PM**

🏈 Middle School Tackle Football

📍 Arrival: **9:30 AM**
💪🏾 Practice: **10:15–11:45 AM**
🏠 Dismissal: **12:00 PM**
