Fort Worthington Science Olympiad Team had an amazing day at the Johns Hopkins Invitational Tournament. We earned a second place finish and all team members placed in at least one event. So so proud of all of our scholars! Keep up all the great work

Today after practice and bonding activities our Fort Paget Girls met Councilwoman Odette Ramos who came to speak with the girls about civic duty and women in government. They talked a lot about taking up space and using your voice and ideas to make change. She is the FIRST Hispanic woman on the city council and one of ONLY FOUR women on the 15 member city council. We’re so grateful to her for pouring into our girls!
