I still have an extra ticket for Baltimore breathwork - can vouch for Baltimore Breathwork and Liz Bardelli being a skilled leader - guided breathwork, sound bath, great community. At Roland park community center at 2 pm on Sunday (otherwise sold out) hit me up if you are interested in the ticket!
