We are taking a closer look at our opening day of school at Baltimore Jr. Academy. Our families, pastors, and friends came to pray for us, encourage us, and cheer us on our way as we took our first steps into the classroom with our teachers, principal, and staff who prepared for this amazing day. The Alumni and the Parent Association made a lovely breakfast to help fuel us for the day. God has blessed us with a community of people who support us. We are grateful for God’s amazing love, guidance, and those He sends along our way. We ask that you will continue to pray for us throughout the entire year. Our prayer is that God will bless, lead, and guide us as we continue to grow spiritually, physically, and academically. Thanks for your love and support of Baltimore Jr. Academy!

Extra, extra read all about it!
Jaiden Anderson was selected by the John Hopkins Peabody Institute to participate in a special music travel program in Michigan, The Archipelago Project.

At just 9 years old, Jaiden has demonstrated remarkable dedication, talent, and hard work in the study of music. Being chosen for this opportunity is a significant achievement and a testament to his commitment and gifts. In this clip you will hear Jaiden announcing the song being played on the University Campus where the students are studying.

Alumnus Dania Hitch is also attending this music camp. She continues to sharpen her violin skills. We are definitely happy with both of our students. Baltimore Jr. Academy celebrates all of their students accomplishments.

The parents and students of Baltimore Jr. Academy understand the meaning of having a rounded education. Many students start off playing Band Instruments with the music instrumental volunteer, Mrs. Avis Hinnant. Many students also take part in the Orch Kids Afterschool Music Program sponsored by Baltimore’s Meyerhoff Symphony Orchestra. They performed last week at their Annual Spring Concert. Parents, faculty, and friends attended this successful event. We are so happy for the gift of music given by God. May these students continue to sharpen their skills and use them in advancing the work of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ for He Is The One who gave the gift of music. May God forever be praised!

What a GREAT day we had at Baltimore Junior Academy during our Open House, “A Day at BJA!” 🎉
