The Fund for Educational Excellence:
We Want to Hear from You: Multilingual Students and Parents Share Your Experiences in City Schools
We are currently seeking multilingual students and parents to share their experiences in Baltimore City Public Schools for The Fund’s next qualitative report. We want to hear directly from students and City Schools families about their school experiences, including how they connect with their school community, communicate with teachers, and what supports would help them feel more fully included.
If you are a student or parent of a City School student who may be interested, or if you know a student or parent who might want to participate, please share this opportunity with them.
Interviews can be completed virtually or by phone in the student’s preferred language.
To participate, text our research team at 443-826-9010 to schedule an interview.
Participants will receive a $50 gift card as a thank you for their time.
For questions or referrals, please contact Corrie Schoenberg at [email protected]

The Every Kid Outdoors program funded by the U.S. government aims to create opportunities for 4th graders to experience their federal public lands and waters. Every 4th grader in the United States can download a pass that will admit them and their family to any national and state park.
The pass gives a family admission to all national parks. In Maryland they can go to Harpers Ferry, Antietam Battlefield, Catoctin Mountain Park and many others. The pass also gets families in all State Parks free of charge. The pass is valid until August 31st, 2024.
