This Friday, September 11, we’re kicking off our first PURPLE FRIDAY of the school year in support of our Baltimore Ravens! 💜🖤

We want to see the Fox Den covered in PURPLE & BLACK! Scholars are encouraged to show their Ravens pride by wearing purple, black, or their favorite Ravens gear to school. 🏈🙌🏽

Donuts will be available for purchase during student lunch periods for $2 each.

The CEO's Listening Tour was proudly hosted at the wonderful Furley Elementary School, and it was truly a memorable and amazing occasion. Dr. Dawson shared his vision for the new school year and took his time to listen to the concerns , ideas, and experiences of our parents, students and community members. It was a powerful opportunity for our community to have their voices heard and to engage in meaningful conversation about the future of Baltimore City Public Schools. We were honored to welcome Senator McCray, various delegates, teachers, principals, and community leaders who came together to witness this momentous occasion.
Everyone was placed in different groups for community conversation, creating a space for open dialogue, collaboration, and shared ideas. And of course everyone enjoyed a delicious meal while connecting with everyone.
Excitement was in the air! We are grateful to everyone who showed up, shared their voice and helped to take the CEO's Listening Tour at Furley Elementary School a tremendous success. 😊😊
