The Administrative Supervisor will provide executive support for field director and field administrative operations in our Center for American Indian & Alaskan Native Health fieldsites in Arizona and New Mexico. Provide key organizational and administration support for field personnel management, implementation of policy and procedures, and maintenance of facilities and related resources. Under supervision of Field Director, and according to established policies and procedures, the administrative supervisor is generally responsible for preparing, editing and distributing human resource correspondence and field-based policies and reports in final form. Assisting with field personnel management, ensuring maximum efficiency of field systems and expenditures.

Administrative Coordinator position available
The Administrative Coordinator will provide administrative and coordination support to the project office of a senior faculty member in the Department of International Health at the Bloomberg School of Public Health. The projects include: the DOVE project, a 4 year project funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation to accelerate the appropriate use of oral cholera vaccine globally and the Enteric Laboratory of the Center for Immunization Research. The coordinator will be part of a team, including faculty and staff to ensure positive outcomes for both the DOVE project and the Enteric Laboratory

Research Assistant/RRC Modeler
The Research Assistant will be responsible for developing and running models that address questions regarding the prevention and control of obesity. Also analyzing and interpreting their outputs, and helping write reports and manuscripts for publications. This will include directly developing models in existing software packages such as TreeAge, Microsoft Excel, Berkeley Madonna, and NetLogo as well as working with and guiding the programmer to develop home grown models. The modeler should have the ability to understand processes and systems and translate these into the design of a model and its sets of relationships and inputs and outputs. Enthusiasm and interest in learning about obesity and public health is important. Will involve a fair amount of interaction with different members of the Center as well as external collaborators.
