Halloween 2021
6 of my students participated in MTAGB Halloween outdoor concert at Paterson Park downtown Baltimore.

I just graduated from Person-Centered Expressive Arts Institute Certificate Program in Expressive Arts For Healing and Social Change today!! It's 2 year (450 hours) intensive training program.
Now, I am officially became a certified Person-Centered Expressive Arts Facilitator in addition to my over 35 years of piano teaching career!💕✨ 👩‍🎓

"Completed intensive 450 hour program of experimental and theoretical work integrated the person-centered approach with the Creative Connection Process of movement, art, writing, music, sound, and improvisation for personal growth and higher states of consciousness. This included applying these methods of group facilitation and counseling in experimental practice activities with program participants and instructors."

ようやくお花も咲き始めたと思ったら、ボルチモアはまた冷え込んでいますが、いかがお過ごしでしょうか？

昨年は１年間、Covid-19によるパンデミックで、大変な年になりましたね。

Kubota Music Studioは、昨年３月の緊急事態宣言以降、オンラインレッスンに切り替えて、引き続きピアノのレッスンを続けております。
現行の生徒さんたちは、みなさん、オンラインレッスンでも、この１年間にたくさんの曲を学ばれ、パンデミックの間も、ピアノを続け、オンラインコンサートなども数回出演され、とても順調にレッスンを続けて確実に成長されています。

最近では、対面レッスンも、希望者には、マスク着用、手洗いにご協力いただき、レッスンとレッスンの間は１５分の入れ替え時間をつくり、その間にピアノの鍵盤の消毒、換気などをしながら、衛生面に留意しながら、再開しております。
ハンドサニタイザーのほか、大人サイズ、お子様サイズの使い捨てマスクも（うっかり持ってくるのを忘れた時用に）常備しています。

まだ若干空きがございますので、ピアノレッスン生徒募集を再開いたします。
もし、ピアノのレッスン始めたいなと思っておられる方がいらっしゃいましたら、無料体験レッスン実施中ですので、お気軽にご連絡くださいませ。
それぞれの生徒さんのご要望に合わせて、安心してレッスンを受けられる環境でお待ちいたしております。

レッスンは、日本語でも英語でも可能です。
ドレミでもABCでもレッスンできます。

つい先日、教室のリノベーションも行い、待合エリアとピアノの距離はたっぷりあります。また、レッスン室のスタインウェイピアノも、ハンマーをそう入れ替えし、最高のコンディションのグランドピアノでレッスンいたしております。

オンラインご希望の方でも、対面ご希望の方でも、どちらでも対応しています。

オンラインの場合、iPadやAppleのコンピューターをお持ちの方は、FaceTimeかzoomでのレッスン、それ以外のコンピューターやタブレットをお持ちの方は、zoomにてレッスンを行なっています。鍵盤を映す外付けカメラと、パソコン備え付けのカメラを切り替えながら、顔を見て話したり、手元を映したりしながら、なるべく対面のレッスンに近い状態でのレッスン環境を整えています。
