My daughter’s family was traveling last week. She posted this picture.

Immediately I saw the one profile face. Later. When showing this picture to someone else, I discovered the second face (zoom in on eye) . Do you see them both?

Moral of the story. Sometimes we see something and others see something else. Having a session with a coach is just like that. When upside down is right side up

When the symmetry is horizontal, we feel balanced but the upside down mirror image, is a bit unsettling. You get the feeling to turn the phone and look at it the other way....

Coaching is similar to this upside down mirror concept, you see your situation one way and the coach can guide you to look at the situation from another angle, which often offers the answer to your question....
