☀️Miss Anne is back on Tuesday for a bug themed music class! Class starts at 9:30 am and is followed by a special craft and a chance to shop for your favorite plants
👉🏻NO classes on Memorial Day! Make up classes Thursday at 9 am and 4:30 pm

I love how music classes provide a weekly opportunity for connection and play through making music and singing together! It is truly special and always brings so much joy into my every day (and hopefully yours too)!!
Here’s what you need to know about this week!!!

✨no classes on Friday or Saturday as I will be traveling for the long weekend
💚Open Yard!! It’s where you come and explore/play at your own pace. Miss Anne doesn’t facilitate a class, but you get to enjoy all the fun and musical things The Music Yard has to offer

Your first adult only workshop in The Music Yard is here!!! ✨🎉 where we transition from doing…to being

💚I am beyond excited to host
👉🏻Come experience PolyVagal PLAY, a methodology created by Sarah Buffie that turns the science of the nervous system into something you actually feel in your body
🎶the workshop will use rhythm, movement, voice, and presence with each other to remember what safe and connected feels like-the kind of practice your body can take with you long after the sessions ends
🗓️Wednesdays from 5:45-6:45 p.m.⬇️⬇️
The first sessions starts Wednesday, May 27

Calling all families with kids ages 3-8!!!☀️💚🎶⬇️

👉🏻Introducing Music Mini Semesters!! Think summer camp- but not an every day thing (once or twice a week).
☀️Offered in June and August
💚at The Music Yard- Miss Anne’s backyard in Hampden
🎶mini semester options for ages 3-5 and 5-8. Ages 3-5 will focus on creative music games and letting imagination guide the music experience. Ages 5-8 will build music skills in a playful way AND learn different ways sound is made (each week involves a take home instrument we will make in class)
