Change is happening!!! 🎶✨
Get ready for the Fall Music Semester…Starting TOMORROW!! So here’s how it will work ⬇️⬇️

👉🏻the Fall Semester runs for 10 weeks: tomorrow through November 17. There is still time to sign up for the semester- where you commit to the same class day/time every week for the 10 weeks
🎶all semester classes are in The Music Yard at 3518 Poole Street, Baltimore, MD 21211
‼️Every Sunday I will post the number of drop-ins available for each class (depending on if semester families call out sick/aren’t able to attend, etc.) You MUST sign up in advance. You can see the available numbers to the right of the schedule.
💚Open Yard is open to everyone (not just semester folks)! Open Yard is where you can come and play, meet other families, and enjoy The Music Yard at your own pace. Friendly reminder Open Yard does not include a music class.
🎉There are two new exciting collab classes! Happening this week!!!
🎨join me Paintbox Kids and Home at 10:00 am Tuesday and mark your calendar as I’ll be there the first Tuesday of every month
🌈and I can’t wait to be Our House Baltimore for a special music class specifically for babies and their grownups. Every Thursday morning at 9:00 am, September 3 through November 12

‼️NO classes from Tuesday, Sep. 22 through Monday, Sep. 28
🎶music classes with Miss Anne are unique in that they are not just a “I sit and sing at you and your child.” They are an active collaboration between myself, you, and your kiddo. I help facilitate meaningful music experiences where we explore instruments, movement, and sound. Classes are also a space where families form connections and build community.

1️⃣Fall Semester Membership: access 2 weekly classes, 2 open yard times, discounts on drop-in and collab classes, and more
2️⃣Regular Fall Semester: 1 weekly class

👀👀NEW CLASSES ALERT!!! 🎉🎉

➡️with the new change to semester comes MORE class options!!
💚the current set up is mostly classes for ages 0-5. Although this is great for families with siblings, kids in this large age range all need different learning experiences
✨to fully support your child’s development, I am breaking down the age ranges a little more!!
🎶Check it Out! ⬇️⬇️
👉🏻First Steps in Music (0-16 months)
👉🏻Sing and Connect (0-3 years)
👉🏻Sing and Explore (1.5-3 years)
👉🏻Sing and Create (3-5 years)
👉🏻Sing and Play (5-8 years)
🌈each class offers meaningful music experiences carefully designed for each age group. For example, for ages 1.5-3, we will focus more on movement and emotional regulation through music as toddlers are starting to explore more and navigate big feelings.
☀️I’m really looking forward to this change as it will help me facilitate better and give you all more specific tools on how to deepen your child’s musical learning
☕️🍺drop-in classes at Union and Vent will remain 0-5 years
‼️Remember!!! The Fall Semester schedule drops on August 1! And the class changes go into effect for the Fall Semester on September 1

➡️Starting SEPTEMBER 1!! I am transitioning to semester only classes
👉🏻classes will remain as is (drop-in and membership) through August
💚my biggest reason in switching to semesters is to create more sustainability for myself and to create better opportunities for families to form relationships with one another and grow in their musical development
✨What is a semester? The Fall Music Semester will be 10 weeks long. September 1 through November 16. When you sign up for a semester, you commit to the same class day/time every week for those 10 weeks.
🎶there are two semester options!!
☝🏼Regular Semester: one consistent class day/time
✌🏼Semester Membership: two consistent class days/times PLUS member perks!! 🤗this option is only $20.00 more than the regular semester!!
☀️I’ll drop the Fall Semester schedule August 1

🥁non members/everyone else gets access to sign up on August 16
