People always ask me why I started Charm City Live Music.
Well, the truth is I did it for me. I don’t just post about this life; I actually live it 🎶😂
This weekend looked like:
✨ Friday: After Work Live at The Tillery
✨ Saturday: Charles Street Promenade
✨ Sunday: Wine on the Water at Middle Branch Park
Three days. Countless musicians. Great conversations. Plenty of dancing. A little sunshine. Okay… a LOT of sunshine ☀️😭
I’m tired, my shoulders are a little red, my social battery needs recharging, and yet I’d do it all over again.
Full vlogs from each event are coming soon, but here’s a little taste of what being outside with Charm City Live Music looked like this weekend.
Because Baltimore has way too much happening for me to stay in the house 🎶🧡
Which recap are you most excited to see?

Artscape 2026 recap 🎨🎶🧡
Two days. Countless performances. Incredible conversations. Amazing f ood. Community. Art. Culture. And a whole lot of walking 😭
This year I:
✨ Caught live performances across multiple stages
✨ Attended conversations on the Baltimore hustle, art, and politics
✨ Spent time at the Whistle & Cane Juke Joint
✨ Ended the weekend at the Artscape After Dark Boom Selecta Reggae Bashment Party
✨ Introduced my nephew to artists and encouraged him to talk about his own work
✨ Met so many members of the Charm City Live Music family in real life
✨ And was reminded once again why I love this city so much
One of my favorite moments was hearing that for some people it doesn’t feel like Artscape until they see me there. That’s still wild for me to hear and something I don’t take for granted.

Lots to celebrate this month
Hello, June. 👋🏾 🌍
Every month brings opportunities to honor the histories, cultures, traditions, and communities that help shape who we are.
This June, we recognize Black Music Month, Caribbean American Heritage Month, Pride Month, Father's Day, Men's Health Month, and other observances that highlight the dopeness and diversity of our global family.
While each celebration has its own unique history and significance, they all remind us of something we believe deeply: our stories matter, our cultures matter, and our connections to one another matter. ✊🏾
Here's to a month of learning, reflection, celebration, and continued connection.
What are you recognizing or celebrating this June? 👇🏾
My bad yall I didn’t realize it didn’t share to Facebook, but here’s your live music this week 5.28-6.3

What they said!!!
I mean… 🤪
Big shout out to my newest top fans! Ricky Swain, Marlene Graham
Artscape Day 2 was FULL in the best way 🎨🎶
Enjoyed more live music of course, capped off by the legendary Stephanie Mills ✨ Here’s who I caught…
stringz
I also got to catch In Conversation: The Art of the Baltimore Hustle and In Conversation: The Intersection of Art & Politics with Mayor Scott & DL Hughley, which reminded me how much art, culture, and community are all connected in this city.
Spent some time at the Whistle & Cane Juke Joint, then ended the night exactly how it needed to end… at the Boom Selecta Reggae Bashment Party 💃🏽🔥
One of the moments that really stuck with me though was Jonathon Gilmore telling me that it doesn’t feel like Artscape until he sees me 🥹 That honestly meant a lot.
And getting to meet so many of my Charm City Live Music fam in real life this weekend? Y’all made this whole experience even sweeter 🧡
Baltimore really showed out 💜💜💜💜
