Specializing in purpose coaching and biblical counseling for issues such as depression, recovery from sexual abuse, premarital and marriage counseling

PROTECT YOUR EMOTIONAL ATMOSPHERE FROM THE PANDEMIC..

Life has changed. You are wearing a mask in summer heat, social distancing, and constantly hearing things on the news about COVID-19. But to deal with any added stress caused by the pandemic, you NEED TO CONNECT WITH PEOPLE AND REGULATE YOUR ATMOSPHERE WITH POSITIVITY. So even with social distancing, be intentional and use technology to connect. Here are some suggestions:
--------------------------------------------
* If you usually eat alone, change it up and eat with family at the dinner table. No one else in your house? Do your meal on Zoom, Skype, some Facebook Room with a friend.
* Plan a virtual LIFE Celebration or virtual thanksgiving session. Give everyone 5-10 minutes to share something they are thankful about. It will lift your atmosphere and fill it with gratitude.
* Get outside. Some of you who are "homebodies" are secretly happy that we had to quarantine and wish we were still in "lockdown" mode. But getting some sun on your face can lift your mood and your health.
---------------------------------------------
Stay focused on God. Stay positive. Protect your atmosphere.
