The WEE Center encourages the healthy growth of the whole child. Through developmentally appropriate activities and experiences, in a warm and nurturing environment, children are:
· engaged with teacher-directed activities in a group setting
· offered opportunities to choose their own work/play activities
· taught problem-solving and decision-making skills
· encoura

ged to resolve conflict peaceably
· build positive regard for themselves and others
· discover God as One who creates and One who loves children

As an extension of the ministry and mission of the Christian Education program at Woodbrook Baptist Church (WBC), The WEE Center provides care, education and development opportunities for each child to reach his/her greatest potential as well as provides a program of ministry and outreach to The WEE Center families. The WEE Center is licensed by the Maryland State Office of Child Care Administration and accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) and Maryland Department of Education (MDSE).

Today we send Ms. Angela off to her next adventure with nothing but the best wishes! Thank you for all you have done for the WEE School over the past 13 years! The lessons you taught to the children are memories that will stay with them for a long time and that helped instill a love of learning within them!
