Act I: Everything’s fine.
Brace yourself [for new content]...
Yesterday my dear friend of over 10 years, Sarah and I romped through Clipper Mill with her precious toddler Ava, snapping pics and pausing occasionally to make faces at/feed snacks to Ava or for me to change outfits behind car doors or on the yoga platform in a zen garden. I haven’t been on a photoshoot in a while, ya know cuz covid, but also it’s been a long time since I’ve felt the excitement and creative fulfillment of styling and participating in the creative process with another artist. I dare say not since my days at have I had so much fun putting looks together.
These images are the first of many to come from the shoot. If you live in the Baltimore area and are an artist, creative, teacher, family unit, parent, twin, influencer, or just need cool pics of yourself for posterity, I would highly recommend booking her services; not just because she is my friend, but because she’s a pro with kids, has exceptional taste, and is great at directing “non-models” like myself who don’t know all our angles and triangles.

Home for the next week.... just arrived here in at the retreat center and it might be the travel or the altitude, but it feels like a dream. I’m so thrilled to be here helping lead a retreat for to benefit the Tashirat Orphanage and all the amazing projects they’re hoping to accomplish. This baby was designed and redesigned so many times but it’s finally finished and leaves for Switzerland today! I’m really pleased with how it turned out, despite the unconventional color and stone combination... comprised of and . Strung on nylon with a Guru bead and bamboo tassel. *I’m no longer accepting new commissions while on tour for all of October; I have a list of clients that need tending to prior to accepting more, but please stay tuned!

I have been gifted with an exceptionally beautiful family and we have been gifted with an exceptionally beautiful opportunity to serve a worth while cause.
Thanks to , this Fall we will be leading a retreat (seva meaning “selfless service”) from November 18-24 in , where we will share the gifts of Kundalini Yoga, Meditation, music, and fun!
The intention of this retreat is to help raise funds for the orphanage to put towards a project that would enable them to become water independent, effectively upgrading their operations at a systemic level.
