"Prayer and Loving Care... That's what we do!"

Parkville Nazarene Christian Daycare is a care-giving center that provides a safe, spiritual, and educational solution to working parents and their families. We strive to provide a child-oriented Christian environment for your child to develop spiritually, cognitively, emotionally, and socially.

Tax Statements: If your child was enrolled at PNCD at all during 2020, you should have received a final email from SmartCare on December 14th with your tax statement. However, just to be safe, Pastor Charles saved all of the tax statements to a hard drive before the SmartCare accounts expired due to PNCD closing. So, if for some reason that email did not come through for you or you cannot track it down, simply send him an email at [email protected] to request your tax statement.

It's official: The property has been sold and Parkville Nazarene Christian Daycare will not reopen. Pastor Charles got a chance to meet the new owners. They are a great Nazarene church that will be working on getting the building cleaned up from sitting empty since March and then they will start meeting there. They have expressed an interest in starting a daycare in the future, but this will be a long term goal, not something they will do right away. We have been blessed to serve the families in out community for 43 years and we are excited to see what God will do at this property in the future. We love you and miss you all very much. Stay well.
(FYI 2020 Tax statements will be emailed today to the email address you used to log in to SmartCare, If you do not receive it, you can email Charles and he can get it to you)

Mr Runk is one of our families at PNCD! We are so proud of him! Will join us in congratulating him for being teacher of the year???

This morning, the Maryland State Department of Education is recognizing all of the County Teacher of the Year representatives. So many outstanding, dedicated teachers in one virtual meeting, including Robert Runk, the BCPS Teacher of the Year from Parkville Middle!

Sorry we did not have circle time today. Here is a great story for your kids about empathy read by Pastor Charles and, maybe, just in time for bedtime.

Our Purple Llamas are graduating Pre-k!! Even though we are currently closed for the pandemic, we want to make this an extra special time for them. This week, the directors are working on taking our Graduation Llamamobile to each of their houses to present their diplomas. On Thursday, June 4th, we will host a live, online viewing party at 7:00pm where everyone can watch all of the graduates celebrate their big day.

Robot Contest Time! Yesterday, during circle time, Pastor Charles made a little robot friend. He is challenging each of you to make your own robot. It could be a picture, a stack of blocks, made from recycled trash pieces, or even dress up like a robot. Then email your photos to [email protected] by Monday before noon. All pictures will be posted for people to vote on the best robot out there before next week's Friday Circle Time.
