Lastly, I’d like to present …myself! I’m Vanessa 🇵🇪🌞 OLÉ’s Director of Marketing (I run this account 🥳)
This summer, I was a near peer mentor for the AEOP Research Foundations Program 🤖. I was also an intern for the Baltimore City Health Department and tutored in Spanish and ESL on my free time :)
I am most looking forward to all of OLÉ’s in-person events, especially mixers with dancing 💃 and getting to know more OLÉ members!
Fun fact: I competed in Taekwondo at the national level all throughout high school 🥋

Fun fact: Emma has played tournaments in Ecuador, Venezuela, Brazil, and Argentina for the Peruvian national soccer teams since she was 14! ⚽️

Continuing our intros, we have our wonderful Director of Internal Communications… Amira! 🇪🇬🇬🇹🇨🇴
“This summer, I learned a lot about myself and prioritizing me! I had the most amazing trip to Pittsburgh and spent a lot of time after trying to romanticize my life. I am looking forward to reshaping the way OLÉ holds events and having more flexibility in being able to meet in person as we learn how to navigate our new normal.”
Fun fact: She is a self-taught amateur photographer! She loves to take landscape photos in particular 📸 🌅
